Wedding day Timeline

  • 14:30 — Guests arrive and are ushered to the ceremony space

  • 15:00 — Ceremony begins (allow 45–60 minutes)

  • 15:45 — Guests ushered to patio — welcome drinks and canapés served

  • 16:00 — Cake cutting (if during canapés)

  • 16:15 — Family photos

  • 16:45 — Bridal party photos

  • 17:00–18:00 — Bride and groom photos

  • 17:30 — Guests enter reception hall

  • 18:00 — Bridal couple entrance

  • 18:05 — MC announcements and house rules

  • 18:10 — Grace (if plated starter selected)

  • 18:15 — Plated starter served (40 minutes)

  • 19:00 — Speeches (5 minutes each — include groom’s speech)

  • 19:25 — Grace (if no starter)

  • 19:30 — Main course served (1 hour)

  • 20:30 — Cake cutting (if not at canapés)

  • 20:35 — First dance, father/daughter dance

  • 20:45 — Dessert and coffee station open — garter and bouquet toss

  • 21:00 — Dance floor open

What is the dress code?

Semi formal. No jeans please and no white – Please remeber its Winter, bring something warm.

Can we stay over?

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Ceremony will be indoors and there is a patio with drink and a harvest table. 

How is the road to the Stone Cellar?

It is mostly highway and short clear dirt road to the venue.

Are children allowed?

Children is welcome.

Are there other accommodations available?

Yes, there are many places close to the stone Cellar download the list HERE.

 

Cash or card for the bar?

Both are accepted – so its up to what you prefer.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Unfortunately, no own alcohol is allowed.

Are we allowed to take photos and videos during the ceremony or reception?

Yes, please take as many as you would like, just be mindful of the photographers hired and those around you.
